Advanced Facial Reflexology is a natural treatment where areas on our faces are gently stimulated by the Reflexology Therapists fingers and thumbs. Through this technique, we can bring about a state of calm and relaxation to the mind and body. All the benefits of feet reflexology with the added visible benefit of our faces looking more refreshed and softer.
Zone Face Lift It starts with the Advanced Facial Reflexology part where we stimulate the reflex areas on your face to reduce stress, invoke calmness and relaxation to your mind and body. We then move on using different crystals on certain reflex areas to induce a calming, nurturing quality, followed by Gua Sha and special hand movements to bring about more uptempo lifting movements on the face, helping stimulate collagen production, encourage oxygenation, plumping and helping to diminish fine lines.
